Shipping InformationTime to ship is dependent upon the shipping option selected and UPS shipping schedules. Please note that any/all "Free Shipping" promotions apply only to UPS Ground orders. You will be charged for 1 or 2 day UPS delivery service.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Please call us at (847) 489-8098 to request a Return Authorization Form and return it within 30 days with the items in the original package or equivalent to protect it from damage. Ship via UPS or other carrier that can track the package. Please ship all returns to address on return authorization.
We will refund or exchange all items except for undergarments for any reason. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable with returns or exchanges. Return items must not be worn, washed or mistreated and must be returned in the original packaging. All embroidered, screened, hemmed or altered items are not returnable. We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling, only the purchase price.
