Each flip flop - both right and left have a letter strap that up to 6-8 letters and/or charms can be added. They slide on and are easily changeable.

Youth Small: 2-3 yrs. old (6.5" length)
Youth Medium: 4-5 yrs. old (7" length)
Youth Large: 6-7 yrs. old (7.5" length)
Adult XS: 8-10 yrs. old (8.5" length), Ladies Shoe Size 3-4
Adult Small: Ladies Shoe Size 5-6
Adult Medium: Ladies Shoe Size 7-8
